Over five hundred people were in attendance as nineteen awards were presented in fifteen categories.  The dinner was an opportunity to celebrate significant new contributions to Northern Virginia by the commercial and industrial real estate community.

The following awards were presented for project development:

Best Building, Speculative High Rise (10 stories and above):  Award of Excellence for The Corporate Office Centre at Tysons II entered by Weihe Design Group, PLLC.  Team members included Lerner Enterprises; Diamond Property Co. and The Clark Construction Group, Inc.
