eLink Communications and Lerner Enterprises bring high-tech upgrade to landmark portfolio
Washington, DC, May 1, 2000 - eLink Communications, Washington DC's leading tenant-centric provider of telecommunications services, has signed an agreement with Washington D.C. area. Under the terms of the agreement, eLink becomes the "preferred portfolio, encompassing 3.2 million SQFT and including the landmark Washington Square at 1050 Connecticut Avenue and L Street, NW and The Corporate Office Centre at Tysons II.
Through eLink's proprietary fiber-optic infrastructure, Lerner Enterprises will be able to take advantage of a value-added amenity and technology upgrade at no coast while providing a unique marketing and leasing tool to attract and retain quality tenants. Tenants in Lerner's buildings will have access to eLink's total turnkey communications package, including high-speed Internet access, networking, and a variety of e-business applications. Demonstrating its dedication to customer service, eLink's revolutionary CyberSuper(TM) program will be available to Lerner tenants for immediate, onsite customer service installation and maintenance.
