Lerner Announces Expansion of Attain in Tysons II

Rockville, Maryland (March 16, 2017) —Lerner Enterprises, one of Washington, D.C.’s largest private real estate developers, is pleased to announce that Attain has expanded its lease at 1600 Tysons Boulevard in Tysons, Virginia.  With this expansion, Attain will occupy over 42,000 square feet in this 13-story trophy office tower in Tysons II, the premier master-planned development in Northern Virginia.  

1600 Tysons Boulevard is a 305,000 square foot award-winning office tower in Tysons II, located just two blocks from the Tysons Corner Metro Station.  In addition to enjoying direct access to the Capital Beltway and Dulles Toll Road, the building is connected to all of the developments in Tysons II by a climate-controlled pedestrian skywalk, including Lerner's other trophy office buildings as well as Tysons Galleria, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and a number of leading dining destinations.
